Wedding/Event Fees
2 hours – $400
3 hours – $500
4 hours – $600
Fees are based on the duration of time from when we start playing until when we stop.
Gratuity not included.
Deposit
$25. This deposit to reserve your date on our calendar is non-refundable.
The balance of the fees is due one week before the wedding/event begins. If the event is cancelled with at least one week notice, the balance will be refunded if already paid. If we are not notified of the cancellation at least one week before the event, the full balance will be due.
Travel Fees
The standard fee covers travel to venues in Real County (Leakey, Rio Frio, Camp Wood, Barksdale), Uvalde County (Uvalde, Concan, Utopia, Knippa, Sabinal) and northern Zavala County (LaPryor, Batesville). If the venue is in the Hondo, Crystal City, Brackettville or Rocksprings area, a travel fee of $120 will be added. Contact us for venues in other locations.
